Account data you submit — name, contact details, payment identifiers for UPI or Paytm — is stored securely, used only for the purposes stated in this agreement, and never sold to unaffiliated third parties without your explicit consent.

Cookie Policy

We use session and preference cookies to keep your account logged in and remember your lobby settings. You may disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect certain account features but will not invalidate your agreement.

Account Security

Your account is protected by password authentication and, where enabled, two-step verification. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential; any activity carried out under your login is governed by these terms and attributed to your account.

Data Retention

We retain your account records for the period required by applicable law and our internal audit schedule. After account closure, certain transaction and identity records are kept for the mandatory statutory period before permanent deletion.

Your Right to Request Changes

You may request a correction of inaccurate personal data at any time by contacting support. We will process verified correction requests within seven working days and confirm the update by email to your registered address.

Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with how a term has been applied to your account, submit a formal dispute via email. We will acknowledge it within 48 hours and provide a written resolution within ten working days, with escalation paths detailed in the agreement.

These terms apply to every person who opens or uses an account on akingsatta.vip. Access is available where local law permits, and by proceeding you confirm that using this platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

We may update these terms at any time. Where a change is material, we will notify you by email before it takes effect. Continued use of your account after the notice period means you accept the revised terms.

All deposits and withdrawals processed through UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe are subject to this agreement. Transaction limits, processing timelines, and dispute procedures for wallet activity are all governed by the clauses in the payments section of these terms.

A breach may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of pending transactions, or other remedies described in the enforcement section of this agreement. We will notify you in writing before taking any irreversible action.

Submit a written data access request via email to our support address. We will verify your identity and provide a summary of the personal data we hold on your account within the statutory period required under applicable law.

You may request deletion of your personal data after closing your account. Records required by law — such as transaction history for the mandatory statutory period — cannot be deleted early, but all other personal data will be removed upon verified request.

The current version is always available on akingsatta.vip in the Help Centre and at the footer of every page. We also maintain a changelog so you can see exactly what changed between versions and when each revision took effect.
